Opinión de un comprador: When I purchased the fan, limited information was available on the wall switch that comes with the unit. I can confirm that the wall switch is a hardwire switch requiring 14-3 (not 14-2) wiring to properly function and operate the light and fan independently. Since I did not know this prior to ordering, I had to return it as it was not possible for me to to re-wire, and I did not want the fan and light on at the same time in a permanent fashion.
Note that after further opiniones the fan is compatable with a bluetooth remote/app with fanmation (which works awesome and lets the fan operate via an app and included remote off 14-2 wiring), but I didn't fee like forking out for that additional hardware and $cien in this case, so I returned it.

Opinión de un comprador: I debated between a 2 or a 3 for the spitfire. Given the overall price for the fan once you purchase all the necessary components, I regalo't think it warrants a 4, maybe a 3 1/2. I almost gave it a 2 due the wobbling at anything higher than a medium speed. I think this excessive wobbling may be due in part to the extended downrod I purchased to compensate for my high ceilings.
Other than the fan blades (which I reviewed separately), I regalo't see any concreto craftsmanship in the fan housing to warrant the overall cost. The cost of the housing alone is more than many complete fan kits. Some may wonder why I kept the fan. The answer is that I didn't feel like taking the fan back apart after I got it installed, and then having to pack and ship the various components back and then have to purchase and re-install something else. My time and effort wasn't it in this particular case. Also, I purchased the fan during a period when all the separate components I needed were being discounted.
Please note that the key components for the spitfire have to be ordered separately which can be a bit annoying (i. E. , the fan motor and ceiling assembly, the wooden fan blades and the light module all have to each be purchased separately). This supposedly allows you to campeonato the fan finish to the fan blades (which are carved wood) and get only the components you need.
I also purchased the light module which I regret not sending back since it slightly detracts the look of the overall fan in my concepto and I never use it. I regalo't particularly like the light itself, but if you want to add a light to the fan your options are limited. The light module does give it that aircraft, industrial look which I generally like, but the execution wasn't quite there for me. I believe that fanimation could have done much better with the light module especially given its price. Unless you really need an overhead light, I would recommend that you skip the light juego. Fortunately, the fan blades pulls it all together and makes up for any shortcomings of the light module.
I had originally mistakenly thought that a key differentiator of this unit is that the fan and light can be completely controlled wirelessly using an app on your mobile phone. The execution of this capability is not the best by a long shot, but it's ok. However, I never use so why bother.
The app and the capabilities of the fan and light are very basic, but it is a nice touch that most fanáticos don't have. The wireless receiver itself came with the propulsor assembly and is super easy to install. Even so, I strongly suspect that the wireless receiver is third party and is not what I would consider a truly integrated design.
The companion mobile app allows you to turn the fan on/off and allows you to set the fan speed to low/medium/high and the light on/off as well as adjust the brightness. The adjustment for the brightness of the light is very granular which allows you to adjust the light to any setting from 0 to cien%. The aplicación includes a timer that you can use to observación both the fan and the light. Even though this fan has wireless capability it has no other capability for overall smarthome integration (e. G. , there is no Alexa integration). The wireless capability is a nice overall idea, but it really falls short of what could be done.
There is a small, somewhat tacky, hand remote that comes with the fan. However, I found that the capabilities of the remote to be less than what the mobile app provides so the remote remains in the drawer as a backup device.
In retrospect I would not purchase the fan again. It's a nice fan, but so are many others which provide a much better return for your investment. However, I do want to point out that the wooden blades are a nice touch which in my concepto makes the fan worth considering. The wireless capability, albeit limited, is a nice differentiator compared to most ceiling fans currently available - that is if you like to fiddle with your fan's controls.
The net-net is given the total cost of ownership when you throw in the blades, downrod and light juego and the inability to integrate into an Alexa eco system, I recommend the Haiku over this product. I have come to really appreciate my Haiku fans.

Opinión de un comprador: This opiniones is on the Weather wood blade, specifically the finish. The blade itself seems to be fine, but the finish itself does not look anything like the picture on Amazon, nor does it look like weather wood. Because of the poor paint job, it looks more like a black grey tiger pattern. It is also a lot lighter than the picture shown on Amazon. For such a expensive blade pack de, I am very disappointed. See the attached picture before deciding on the weathered wood finish.

Opinión de un comprador: Lo tenemos puesto en el propio cuarto y este es el primer verano que lo usamos, a los dos nos se ve la opción idónea para conseguir dormir fresquitos. Se debe tener presente que tan solo están moviendo el aire, que las habitación donde realice demasiado calor el aire que moveran va a ser calentito. Donde estamos viviendo nosotros por las noches poner al día algo y el ventilador es idóneo. .. Mejor que aire acondicionado.

Opinión de un comprador: Be sure to pay attention to height of roof. I didn't notice on top of box recommended down rod length. Unfortunately I had to uninstall and reinstall with proper length. That was totally my fault. Directions were iffy and found some good videos on Youtube I watched to verify a few things before installing.
It works very well. I still thought it would push more air with it being rated for 11,000 CFM's. It works so much better than the smaller fan in room that wasn't big enough for it. Very happy.

Opinión de un comprador: I have owned this fan for a year. The gray/taupe color that they were when I got them has turned into a greenish yellow. They are not in direct sunlight. They trabajen't in distinga heat. They are in a covered California room. There is absolutely nothing about this fan that can justify the price. It's garbage after one year and no response from customer service.

Opinión de un comprador: Es un ventilador silencioso y estéticamente no es muy considerable, las aspas se tiene la posibilidad de colocar en color blanquecino o color madera. Tiene 3 velocidades. Se debe llevar cuidado a la hora de montarlo ya que el eje giratorio con la parte fija cuenta con muy pocas milimetros de olgura, si no se pone bien hace estruendo una vez que se está moviendo, el aspecto no es uno de los mejores y el mando que incluye es muy doloroso, muy y utiliza bañera de petaca, esa misma parte es muy superable.

Opinión de un comprador: Alles daran! Das Preisleistungverhältnis! Auch die Versandkosten für so ein grosses und schweres Packet sind gut. Sehr gut verpackt, extra schnell geliefert (nach Österreich innerhalb von 3 Tagen) und der Venti funktioniert gut. Diese Deckenventis sind halt fummelig zoom montieren und 4 Hände sind sehr hilfreich. Die Montageanleitung ist gut, auch wenn nicht auf Deutsch. 1 Stern Abzug: Leider fehlt eine Bedienungsanleitung. Man muss selber erforschen wie oft man an der Schnur ziehen muss damit man alle Geschwindigkeiten durch hat. Und die Kette ist viel zu kurz.
Es gibt eine vorgeschriebene Montagehöhe. Wenn man die einhält, was bei normaler Raumhöhe (kein Altbau) ohnehin nicht machbar ist, muss man die Kette selber verlängern.

Opinión de un comprador: No se ha podido cargar contenido multimedia.  I bought and returned the Hunter minimus cuarenta y cuatro" superior to buying this fan. I returned the Hunter because it had a loud hum from the SONORO cinético, so after spending the time to install and take it down, I wanted to buy this higher end fanimation fan and be done with it forever. But, it's just not a high quality fan, felt cheaper built compared to the Hunter fan, took longer to install - at a cost nearly twice, in all aspect I regalo't see why the price is justified at all.
1 .The clicking sound from the propulsor (see the video) and the SONORO cinético hum is louder than the Hunter fan. Although I suspect that this may be because I got a lemon - the clicking sound that is, I think the propulsor hum is probably a standard feature.
2 .The lighting module is nearly impossible to screw on due to very little space given and so many thick wires that you have to cramp in.
3 .This is pretty minor but it uses a non-standard size battery for the remote, I regalo't understand why they wouldn't just design it to use a AAA battery like every other remote in the universe. It's not a particularly good looking remote either.
Overall, it's a good looking fan, but the engineer in me regalo't understand some of the choices made in engineering, and the clicking noise made me return it.
